The Ballet Conservatory Dance Centre

The BCDC has been serving Central Florida communities since 1983. Students are taught traditional techniques to train their bodies and contemporary techniques to further nurture their imaginative spirit and to complement a well rounded dance education.

• Study of balance, poise, strength and elasticity - qualities essential to the dancer.
• The discipline and study of dancing with pointe shoes.
• Beginning to advanced jazz warm-ups, rhythms, coordination and movements.
• Classes offer study of both traditional and contemporary styles of tap.
• Non-traditional dance forms based on modern and contemporary techniques.
• Students learn to reap the full benefits of Pilates physical and mental conditioning.
